Love the 675/2025 engine. If you haven't made a decision on that engine yet, just take your time and keep a look out for one. I'll bet you can find one at a price you will feel more comfortable with. My my son picked one up at a great antique store that sells lots of old Lionel stuff for under 100 bucks, including the whistle tender.

Here's a page explaining some of the different variations. It does show the Baldwin/black-stack combination.
