Could be a couple suspects here. First need to rule out mechanical obstruction preventing reverse. If there is something mechanical preventing reverse, you’d definitely hear the locomotive strain, unless it’s too late and something popped, the other suspect would be the driver board. The fact you’re seeing the reverse light come on tells me it’s getting the command to do reverse, so I wouldn’t blame the radio board just yet. The shell is going to have to come off to investigate. …..this is the little traditional sized gray Hudson??…..yes??.
