Lionel 3 rail truck question

Hello everyone,

I am a 2 rail guy with a 3 rail question. I have several sets of new Lionel trucks that came off of cars I converted over to 2 rail. They are all from ps1 through ps5 scale cars. Friction bearing as well as roller bearing. I was going to list them for sale but have no idea on a fair price since I am not in 3 rail. Any help would be great!
