If you have been using it in the past with the supplied colorant, don't. It is literary sugar water. It will gunk up in the pump. Take some fairly warm water and pour it in the tank and let it sit. Turn tank upside down to drain and repeat. With the warm water in try operating. It should disolve the sugar and free the impeller and work again.
