Oh my gosh thank you so much I love this forum these trains are such a pain in the rear end and it's really helpful to people rushing know what they're doing help us my 14-year-old & I were going crazy on Sunday trying to figure this out. I went to Lionel's website and support and could not find this on the website how did you find this I went to support then enter the product number and I couldn't find anything on the train comes up is not known as are some backdoor way to look for the stuff?

That's the route I took. Went to support, clicked on the owner's manual link, and entered the product number you posted.
