The whistle relay is a slug relay. It’s design shorts out AC and only allows a DC voltage in the coil. Be careful with a demagnetizations device. It could produce either a high voltage or high current in the relay coil damaging it. The 2332 horn relay has a spring on it. I wish they all had that feature.
