Lionel 89’ Autoracks

Here a some pictures I took of a newly-released Lionel autorack that was converted to 2-rail using Lionel 70T roller bearing trucks and Kadee 746 long shank couplers. The conversion was fairly easy.

The truck side frames are diecast and sprung. The bolster that is supplied with the conversion kit is plastic.
