Lionel #98 Coal House

I received a #98 Coal House for Xmas in 1941 with my train set which I still have and it runs. I haven't used the Coal House for many year and have forgotten how to wire it up to the one button controller. The Coal House has two terminals and the controller has two terminals also. If someone could provide me with the instructions to wire it up, I would greatly appreciate it.
