You are pretty much out of luck right now. Both Lionel and MTH have pretty much shut down their operations. However, when things hopefully return to normal, I would check with an authorized Lionel dealer to see if they perform upgrades. I know, the dealer I go to performs upgrades for both Legacy and DCS.
