Hello all - Thanks for contacting Mr. Olson ... I'm two flavors of engineer and was in product development and manufacturing and worked with tech service. The answer "So you’d have to find the correct screw with counter-sunk head and test it" is poor, poor, poor customer service and cowardly. How about your tech service does that?
