Lionel NEVER made.a G.E. E60. This is an early Williams locomotive that used Lionel Pullmore motors and incorrect Williams FM Trainmaster fuel and air tank subassembly....

Hence the reason why the O.P. couldn't find the Lionel Catalog number.
