It's a small speaker enclosure in a small tender, so you don't get the lower bass levels with something a bit bigger. FYI, the new Legacy electronics cannot support a physical volume potentiometer. The volume level can only be controlled by remote (Bluetooth or TMCC controller). Not having pot support was one of the tradeoffs we had to make to have room for newer features in the electronics.
