Did you read the operating and troubleshooting tips in the owners guide about how to adjust the ramp? That may help. The ramp may need the adjustment. I know you said in your first post you made the standard adjustment to the ramp. These are pretty trouble free accessories, But the barrels shouldn't just dance on the platform.
