I'm having difficulty imagining what the issue is. It seems you have plenty of vibration. I have noted that too much drive will keep the barrels from advancing up the ramp, they bounce all around instead of just walking up the ramp. The gap adjustment may be at fault, I'm presuming you have the Barrel Loader Instruction Sheet, right?
