Like @gunrunnerjohn stated, the LM LC2 Big Boy might be a good choice.

I did a video review recently on the most recent Lionmaster LC Plus 2.0 Bigboy - The deep echoing whistle is the best feature on this engine and it will do O31 curves. There are also dual speakers in the tender to help give it some depth.
