Lionel CC Switch Controller

I'm having an issue with the controller on only one of my two new Fastrack Switches. The switch responds to the remote (TMCC/Legacy) fine but the controller doesn't light up and doesn't throw the switch. Also the lights are acting weird on it. Any ideas?
