I have a bell control board in the mail, when I get it I'll take a look. I'm sure you understand that I'm not inclined to take apart one of my CC2s locomotives just to see what part it is!

Pretty sure that L718 would be the date code, in this case 2007 the 18th week. I can't find a 66RC anywhere, so I don't know what that is. I'd guess a FET, but that's just a guess.
