Doug,

It does seem odd that greasing the gears and oiling the axles would suddenly case a problem. And no I didn't remove the motors to lube the worm gear.

I just noticed that while running it with out the shell there seemed to be a lot of mechanical noise coming from the front truck/motor area. Any suggestions?
