Yes, regular Lionel tin track (black ties). The layout will have a combination of about 20 operating accessories and various trackside signals and for the most part I have original PW versions. Collecting those has been as much fun as building the layout.

Biggest challenge has been trying to duplicate a PW-style layout surface. Using actual Lionel 919 grass sprinkled on wet paint. Through experimentation I think I've got that close to what the final look will be.
