I want to say they’re glued in from the factory.....I’d pick a drill bit that’s best suited to the size of the new horns your going to install, and just drill a hole right through the old ones stuck in their holes....if you happen to have a small finger operated twist drill, that’d make nice precise work, like a small jewelers drill....if you do use an electric drill, be ready for when it pops through, so the drill don’t come crashing down on top of those shells....the subsequent explosion will not be pretty......Pat
