Thanks Larry, Yes I am trying to do a block for a dead end siding,  to end with a bumper. So the toggle switch middle prong is the red wire and that goes to transformer back or to center rail of any track and black wire from end toggle prong goes to block center rail  which has 2 connections so one of those connections is not used
