I've taken both MTH and Lionel shells, stripped out the china drives, and replaced them with Weaver or All-Nation drives. As for the 2 railing of a Lionel GP-30, I'd recommend contacting Joe Foehrkolb of Baldwin Forge & Machine. He's on here as rrjjf.
