Lionel GS 1

I just got my GS 1 back from Lionel service After 2 months and it ran badly,the headlight blinked and it ran about 5 Feet and stopped.I cleaned the track which was already clean and it made no difference.I run two Trains on each loop and all other trains run perfectly.It is on a loop with an SP AC9 Legacy that Runs perfectly.I also have Gunrunner Johns Signal enhancer which eliminates any signal loss.Any input appreciated,will call lionel Monday.
