I’d start looking at the handrails and make sure they are not touching the shell at any point. Also if your not opposed to it and you don’t see anything outside I’d pop it open and check for smashed wires but also where the heat shrink is on the wires going to the handrails in rough shipment the insulation can break then it’s shorting to the motor frame. Just a little pice of electrical tape is all that’s needed
