Lionel Legacy Southern 2-10-4 Squeaking

It seems that a truck or something is squeaking. As I have ran the engine, the sound has gotten progressively worse and worse to the point that it is now very loud. Everything that is supposed to be greased and oiled has been done, but noise is still there. I even removed to traction tires to see if this made the noise go away, but noise is still there. This is getting very frustrating for something to always be wrong with a brand new engine from Lionel.

Any ideas where this could be coming from?
