I agree, I would return it. If you mess with it and that does not fix the problem, your attempt to fix will become the issue! Frustrating! As parents we try very hard to give our children the best Christmas we can afford or in some cases really can't afford and then something like this happens! Return, get a new one and put the smile back on your child's face!
