Lionel NYC Mohawk L-3A #3005, 6-18064 does not Respond to TMCC

I just put up this post and it was deleted without explanation. Maybe I put it in the wrong forum. I don't know. I put a lot of time, effort and detail into the original so I won't put so much into this incase it is deleted too. My Mohawk developed the problem as stated above. My friend and I tried reseating the radio command board with no improvement. Conventional works OK. CAB1 TMCC works fine on all other TMCC locomotives. Forum member, Michael Hokkanen was kindly trying to help me on the original post but it was deleted. If he or anybody can help I would appreciate it. I am looking for a replacement radio board for it and also a headlight harness or LED upgrade. Thanks to anybody who can help.
