Does the Lionel Postwar 3662 Operating Milk Car work with the FASTRACK OPERATING TRACK SKU: 6-12054 ? I bought the 3662 Operating Milk Car on Ebay and the seller said it works. But it would not work for me.

Any suggestions before I send it back?
