All, thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it.

The Frog tape was excellent there was absolutely no bleed through, I highly recommend it. It is supposed to have some special stuff on the edges to protect from bleed through.

I had to clean my CC track and now I have a short video of it running. It takes around 15 volts to run!! That surprised me. I just put a cord on a Lionel Type K transformer and it would provide voltage to 25V so evidently the pre war stuff did need higher voltages.
