Don't ruin that wheel/axle assembly if it's still good. Ya might need it. Harry may have a specific shim to recommend. I have used the brass/copper axle bushings as a shim but they have to be machined/filed to an exact fit. Also flat thrust washers can be stacked for that close tolerence.
