Yep, Murphy's Law will apply.

Shipping trains is always a crap shoot...in the past I've got stuff back from Lionel with new problems

As the engine already arrived with broken pieces...step, piping, and bits of plastic I don't even know where they broke off, it is a conundrum on what to do.
