Sorry to say they don't, at least not for the original (40's/50's) paint. This can result in a big bone of contention within the society ranks. Everyone everywhere has their own idea of what steam era N&W Tuscan Red should look like.
In my own opinion, Lionel had the paint right with the original 18" passenger cars.
The newer version of the "Business cars" is a completely different color paint. A simple inquiry to NS should result in paint chips to match.
