LIONEL'S TV CAMERAS AT YORK LAYOUT

I am interested in possibly setting up a TV camera system similar to the live video system Lionel used for their York Orange Hall layout.

Can anyone please describe what components they used and how they set it up to produce live video of the layout operations onto a LED TV ?

If anyone can help describe its operation, components and also an idea of where to get components and cost, I think this might be a neat addition to a layout.

Any info you can provide is appreciated as I am a novice to this type of video system.
