Piece of cake to just do a static camera to a monitor. There are many options in all price ranges.

You need to be a bit more specific as to your exact requirements, number of cameras, what type of LCD TV you wish to receive it on, etc.

I have very small cameras that can mount on the moving cars and broadcast to be displayed on an LCD monitor.
