I was looking at pieces like these two:

MTH3076787 RAILKING CHRISTMAS FLAT CAR WISE MEN SCENE O GAUGE holiday lite
MTH2093879 CHRISTMAS BOX CAR W/LED LIGHTS

It would seem odd to me they couldn't run on DC power since LEDs usually run on DC.
