Lionel Shipping - Is date on schedule water or port arrival Waitying for train or ship to come in

I have a 193380 Legacy NYC ALCO PA pair on order. Lionel has April on their schedule. Woes this mean when leaving China or arrival in US. Needless to say, April is just a memory at this point.

Don't have experience waiting for pre-orders very much.
