Lionel Switch Confusion

What's the difference? 6-81949 vs. 6-16830. One lists "Plug and Play" and the MSRP is $10 different.

In the photos, neither have a visible "Learn" button like my existing O36 LCS switches.

While I'm asking, are there any LCS compatible FasTrack switches to avoid?
