Lionel TMCC Engine Takes off Fast in Command Mode

As I said there, that model doesn't have cruise, so there is no magnet ring to shatter. This is more likely an electronic failure.

I also asked if this happens immediately upon applying power or when you crack the CAB1 throttle in command mode. Different failures, depending on which symptom.
