It also could be something simple.. Seems you have more than this engine taking off

I mentioned holding your hand over the engine and trying to set the stall speed but Maybe your command base is not working as it should.

Does the command base wall adaptor have 3 prongs and is it plugged into a 3 prong wall outlet?

It also could be an engine antennae problem.
