Geoffrey Giraffe was the mascot of Toys R Us. The mascot for Lionel toy stores was a Kangaroo. They had at least one exclusive Lionel Train set (made by MPC) with the Kangaroo on a two bay hopper called the "Happy Hopper".

Amazingly, I thought about the kangaroo, but went and typed the other anyway. Been a tough week.
