No haven’t found any gouges. Finally called Lionel yesterday, basically they said was rerun it to my dealer for a refund or an exchange. They said the diaphragm was considered part of the shell, and from what I have heard they have no parts for the 21” Passenger cars currently. I called Trainworld today and they intended to get something to me, I was informed they were going to contact Lionel. We’ll see if they get anywhere or if they also get hit with a brick wall
