Lionel USRA Heavy Mikado

Has anybody out there who ordered a Lionel USRA Heavy Mikado received theirs yet?

I'm seeing ads on eBay and on at least two train store web sites that imply the engine has already been released, but the one I ordered hasn't yet arrived at the local dealer.

Just wondering what might be going on.
