Lionel Visionline GS-4 problem

I wanted to reach out and see if anyone else is having problems with there new visionline GS-4s. Mine seems to have something binding up in it when it goes forward. It will kind of lurch and studder forward with a slight squeaking sound but it runs perfectly in reverse.

I am gonna call Lionel of course but I just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem or has any idea what it could be. Everything is lubricated and has freedom of movement.
