There are no excuses for how he got his engine back. Let's wait and see what happens now once he contacts Lionel back. Maybe I'm an optimist but I'd like to think this can be corrected without anyone getting overly worked up. Again I would advise him to call again and if need be ask for a supervisor or even Dean in service. I believe you'll get better results than to call up angry.
