Lionel Wii Camera Cabin Car

Just open nd tried to install the Lionel WiFi Camera Caboose on my iPhone/iPad and the App is not what is titled as shown in the Owners manual. It is titled Lionel Wireless Camera. When I try to install the camera I keep getting a error message "Push Message no valid "abs-environment" entitlement string found for application. In the settings for both the iPhone and iPad the camera is not being found. Is this the wrong app, or am I doing something else wrong. This is the first time I have every tried using this camera car and have had it fo a couple of years picking it up from someone on this forum. HELP!!!!
