I found the 6 ohm smoke unit that John mentioned earlier on Lionels Support website but it looks like it is in fact no longer available. Link: https://www.lionelsupport.com/...ee-822a-e4568a7b32ef

Would the 8 ohm unit you mentioned be a direct replacement or would any form of modification/ fabrication need to done? Also where can I find the 8 ohm version?
