The green color is incorrect for the classification (not "marker"; the markers are on the tender) lights on the front of a locomotive unless there is a second section of the same train following.

Classification (and loco marker) lights were almost always turned off, so you really should unplug the "good" one.

So if he only has one green light does that mean that is only a half of a second section following?
