While waiting to hear back from you, I got my closer warming up in the bullpen:

If you want to add your own baseball game to your layout, two sources can be found on the internet. Scenic Express offers four sets of 1/50 scale youth ballplayers in four set of 7 or 8 players each, all prepainted.  Unfortunately, three-fourths of the figures are excited spectators and not in the game. These figures are priced at about $3 each. The second option is a set of 13 unpainted, cast-metal figures in 1/64 (S) scale for $15. This group, which could represent a youth team (middle school?) in O scale, includes one umpire, a batter, one base-runner, and 10 defensive players including pitcher and catcher. O scale figures would be appropriate for the managers and spectators.
