@Mannyrock, I presume the poster is looking for what is traditionally called "tubular track" which has over a century of manufacture.

Postwar is generally accepted to be 1945-1969 (Get a quick history here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lionel_Corporation ).

When speaking of Lionel tubular track, there are many variations to the astute with different tie stamping, hole patterns, angle tweaks of crossovers, metal makeup, and so much more. Even this very in depth virtual museum only scratches the surface: https://railwaypages.com/track-identification

If you are a TCA member, their quarterly publication has has a few articles on Lionel tubular track variations and geometry as well. This hobby has so many facets and niches it is almost unbelievable.
