If you are referring to the two diesels painted by Bernie Winkler, they are definitely custom painted. The work and research to paint the NC&StL GP7 was tedious. He had to get the decals custom made, because as best we could find no one had done any NC&StL diesels in O-gauge.

If you are talking some fantasy scheme, don't see that as any problem.
